Major Outreach Programs

	GREAT Summer Camp I founded, direct, and co-teach the GREAT summer camp program, which introduces programming, graphics, and robotics to 9th-10th graders. We are grateful for support from Novell, Omniture, Xmission, and the Utah ASTEC program. Look at the GREAT camp page for more information.
	FIRST Robotics Competitions As part of my responsibilities for the NSF Biocentric Robotics IGERT, I have helped foster robot competition clubs in Utah. This last year we doubled the number of First Lego League (FLL) teams and First Robot Competition (FRC) teams. Two FLL teams recently placed in the 2008-2009 Idaho qualifying tournament.
