Research Interests
I am interested in data analysis and data visualization.
My research focuses on developing visual analytics systems for large and complex data, in particular, networks, high-dimensional point clouds, and vector/tensor fields.

My work couples interactive visual representations with topology-based analytical processes for sense-making. Most of my research projects are collaborative and interdisciplinary, where the resulting visual analytics systems are being applied to solve problems in biochemistry, bioengineering, applied and computational topology, network science, to name a few.
My vision is to build practical visual analytics systems that help scientists and mathematicians with their knowledge discovery process.
