The Undistingiuished Lecture Series

The Undistinguished Lecture Series (UDLS) is a set of talks given by (typically) grad students in the School of Computing at the University of Utah. I stole this idea from the University of British Columbia dept of Computer Science, where I gave 9 talks, and was a UDLS organizer for a year.

UDLS gives us a chance to learn about the incredibly vast interests of our fellow grad students, and to practice giving public talks. The only rules are that talks can't be about one's research, and they must be original (no repeating talks). If you'd like to give a talk, send mail to the organizers.
